Role
Responsibilities
AIESEC Program Management
- Recruitment, Relocation and Onboarding: Coordinate with managers, local HR, and AIESEC to support and align these processes and fulfill company needs.
- Integration: Incorporate AIESEC processes into the Early Talent Development vision, including retention strategies.
- Partnership Promotion: Enhance and expand the AIESEC partnership inside Eaton.
- Employer Branding: Develop strategies and activities to strengthen Eaton's brand within the AIESEC community.
HR Administration&Employee Support
- Manage core HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
- Prepare onboarding materials and documentation.
- Issue employment-related documents and certificates.
- Respond to employee queries (e.g. health insurance, certificates, relocation, open roles communication).
- Maintain contact with payroll advisors on administrative topics.
- Support employer branding activities (e.g. ordering gifts).
- Manage offboarding documentation and ensure timely distribution to leavers.
