Role

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, interpret, and organize consumer experience data from service interactions and customer feedback systems (QES, CSTAR).
  • Create and deliver ad hoc reports and dashboards to highlight key insights and trends.
  • Collaborate with quality teams and markets to identify local improvement opportunities and support ongoing initiatives.
  • Work on specific digital roadmap use cases (e.g., text analytics, sentiment analysis, forecasting).
  • Support data quality improvement initiatives and ensure efficiency in data handling processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to support system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Engage with the global Quality Data community to drive continuous improvement in consumer data handling and analysis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A curious and analytical thinker, with a passion for understanding what drives consumer satisfaction.
  • A strong communicator and team player, comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
