Indian Kitchen is a premium dining destination in Colombo, delivering authentic Indian culinary experiences fused with local Sri Lankan flavors. As we grow our presence, we are looking for a vibrant and dedicated Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our guest experience.

Role

Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the Directors schedule, meetings, calls, and travel plans
  • Coordinate and follow up on key tasks, meetings, and deliverables
  • Handle high-level internal and external communications
  • Business Coordination & Reporting
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting the performance of various business units
  • Prepare concise reports, presentations, and business summaries for leadership and investors
  • Track progress across departments and ensure timely execution of action plans
  • Operations & Strategic Support
  • Visit business locations and provide feedback on operations, customer experience, and team performance
  • Assist with launching new projects and ventures locally and internationally
  • Support daily business functions and cross-department coordination
  • Franchise & Investor Engagement
  • Prepare investor presentations, business proposals, and pitch decks
  • Support franchise development efforts and partner onboarding processes
  • Collaborate on international expansion plans, especially in emerging markets
  • Special Projects
  • Contribute to project research, business planning, and proposal drafting
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and partnership development
  • Coordinate CSR, NGO, and tourism-related activities under the groups umbrella

Monday to Friday

10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday

10:00 am - 2:00 pm
