Indian Kitchen is a premium dining destination in Colombo, delivering authentic Indian culinary experiences fused with local Sri Lankan flavors. As we grow our presence, we are looking for a vibrant and dedicated Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our guest experience.

Role

Responsibilities

Online & In-House Marketing Coordination:

  • Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns in-house in collaboration with outsourced agencies.
  • Manage and grow social media presence for all F&B and hospitality brands.
  • Develop content calendars, oversee influencer collaborations, and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Align all online strategies with business objectives and brand identity.

Field Sales & Account Management:

  • Conduct active B2B sales with travel agents, corporates, and other key partners.
  • Create and maintain detailed company profiles and account segmentation (Category A, B, C).
  • Track productivity and generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all outlets.
  • Set and monitor sales targets and budgets, ensuring consistent performance reviews and improvement plans.

Events, PR & Relationship Building:

  • Organize PR events and brand introduction parties for travel agents and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate entertainment activations at least three times per week targeted at key accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, media, and tourism stakeholders to enhance brand recall.
  • To visit all outlets weekly once along with director.

Brand Penetration & Market Visibility:

  • Apply cutting-edge marketing trends to position the brand among top industry players.
  • Develop and implement strategic market penetration plans to increase consumer reach and preference.

Strategic & Analytical Excellence:

  • Work closely with the Director across all business lines to align on growth strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual performance, identify variances, and develop corrective plans.
  • Use data analytics and marketing KPIs to refine strategies and optimize return on investment.

Tech-Enabled Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with technology partners to develop innovative online sales tools and platforms.
  • Support digital transformation by leveraging technology for customer acquisition and engagement.
