Role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present impactful presentations to clients and internal teams, demonstrating strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Actively manage media planning, run digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads and social media boosting), and develop strategies to maximize audience reach.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and leverage them to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Assist departmental managers and teams with daily tasks, ongoing projects, and operational needs to ensure smooth workflow.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and company-wide objectives.
- Participate in structured training sessions and development workshops to build key skills and industry knowledge.
- Rotate through various departments to understand different business functions and develop a holistic view of the organization.
- Take ownership of specific tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Attend meetings and presentations to observe, learn from, and engage with senior management.
- Learn, follow, and embody the companys policies, processes, and core values in daily work.
- Actively request feedback from mentors and managers to enhance skills, performance, and professional growth.
