About H-Fablab
H-FABLAB is a digital manufacturing laboratory whose primary objective is to promote learning by doing among young people, whether in school or not, literate or not in French. While exploring the possibilities offered by open science, our services consist of creating a space and an applied research framework to prototype, test and develop local solutions. Concretely, H-FABLAB offers short circuits of qualifying and inclusive training.
Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across platforms (social media, forums, newsletters, etc.)
- Act as the liaison between the brand and the community, fostering positive relationships.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with community members daily.
- Organize online and offline events to boost engagement and brand presence.
- Analyze community performance metrics and generate reports on engagement, growth, and sentiment.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and customer support teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
- Manage community content, moderate discussions, and enforce community guidelines

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
