We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Sales Assistant to work in our textile retail store. The successful candidate will assist customers with clothing selections, ensure the store is well-presented, and support daily retail operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and offer assistance with product selection
• Provide information about fabrics, sizes, styles, and prices
• Help customers try on clothing and suggest suitable items
• Ensure the sales floor is tidy, organized, and fully stocked
• Fold, hang, and display garments according to store standards
• Process sales transactions using the cash register or POS system
• Handle exchanges, returns, and customer complaints professionally
• Monitor fitting rooms and assist as needed
• Work with the team to meet daily and monthly sales goals
• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in textiles and fashion
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends
