Role

Responsibilities
  • Brainstorm creative concepts & social-first ideas for client and in-house content
  • Create & manage weekly content calendars
  • Assist in organizing and attending shoots (must feel confident with phone camera + 9:16 framing)
  • Design and maintain Instagram feeds
  • Handle basic uploading & scheduling of content across platforms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Be the go-to for capturing spontaneous behind-the-scenes content at events or activations (e.g., the TADA event)
  • Experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI) to enhance storytelling
  • Grow LOOM's own social presence with 34 posts per week
