Role

Responsibilities
  • Support and interact primarily with C&B colleagues, focus on addressing immediate C&B tasks / interactions / issues to set standards and instructions reviews)
  • Check recurring issues and trends related to C&B programs and address the same as per guidelines
  • Support digitalization improvements such as share point creation and Power Automate
  • Gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support
  • Support with overall reporting requests, e.g. running and distributing HR reports
  • Work on key C&B concepts, processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies
  • Check recurring issues and trends related to C&B year-end process

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
