Main activities & Task:

Team Engagement & Enablement

• Plan and coordinate regular team meetings, including Market Research Connect meetings, learning sessions, and best practice exchanges.
• Organize virtual and in-person team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale.
• Maintain a calendar of key internal events and ensure timely communication and participation.

Learning & Development

• Curate and manage internal learning resources, including onboarding materials, training content, and knowledge libraries.
• Coordinate with experts to organize and publicize internal webinars, case study discussions, and training sessions.
• Track participation and gather feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives.

Operational Support

• Serve as the point of contact for coordinating cross-functional meetings and workshops.
• Assist in maintaining team directories, collaboration tools, and share platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).

Communication & Culture

• Draft and distribute internal newsletters or updates highlighting team achievements, milestones, and upcoming events.
• Help reinforce team values and culture through creative initiatives and recognition programs.
• Facilitate onboarding experiences for new team members to ensure smooth integration.

Develop and lead field feedback surveys

• Coordinate field insights: Map key milestones and engage stakeholders to deploy brand-aligned surveys.
• Analyze and present findings: Deliver clear, actionable insights through compelling data visualizations.
• Drive impact and reporting: Track outcomes, create cross-therapy reports, and share learnings broadly.
