Responsibilities
  • Forecast Planning for Regional Labor Cost Support compensation tasks for Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Dominicana
  • Ensure accuracy in planning execution 
  • Reporting Update policies for the region and create new ones 
  • Support Talent Rewards projects 
  • Support LATAM deliverables

Monday to Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
