With connections in East and Southeast Asia and offices in Vietnam and Thailand, the company is expanding its market reach. It offers group, individual, and family trips, as well as MICE, corporate travel, medical tourism, and custom tours, aiming to deliver exceptional travel experiences for visitors to Japan from around the world.
Role
Responsibilities
- Understanding marketing and market research of the host company through receiving explanations from instructors as well as through the review of relevant academic literature
- Investigating the marketing activities that the host company has conducted in participants home country, studying the demand in that country, and engaging in devising improvements to its promotional strategies
- Analyzing the host companys past marketing activities and devising ones own marketing and promotional methods
- Observing firsthand the marketing methods employed by the host companys staff and examining the characteristics of Japanese customers during participation in the companys tours
- Based on the experience gained through the program, devising marketing improvement strategies, receiving feedback from instructors and improving the learning
- Participating in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC to deepen knowledge and make the learning established
- Preparing for final report and presentation
