Role

Responsibilities
  1. Learn about Japanese work culture from the instructor, and provide a self-introduction that includes an explanation of the home countrys values and culture.
  2. Receive an overview of IBs philosophy, structure, global reach, and online IBDP features, including its support for international students and its use of technology.
  3. Study marketing strategies and market research methods through instructor guidance, academic papers, and online resources to gain an understanding of IBs planning and sales approach.
  4. Select a hypothetical Asian country, research its education system and competitors, and design a localized IB expansion model, including target age group, language considerations, and potential partners.
  5. Obtain timely advice from the instructor on challenges encountered during the research process, including practical investigation techniques and analysis perspectives.
  6. Summarize the process and findings in a report, receive feedback, revise accordingly, and enhance understanding through iterative improvements.
  7. Present the strategic plan in English as a group, followed by a final presentation reflecting on the overall learning outcomes from the training.
  8. Participate in an academic event hosted by AIESEC with university professors to deepen academic knowledge and reinforce learning through sessions and discussions.
