Role

Responsibilities
  • Understanding the processes of the plating line at the host company 
  • Learning methods for identifying issues in the manufacturing line 
  • Sharing information about the manufacturing industry and production management systems in India, and comparing them with those in Japan 
  • Gaining experience in proposing improvement plans for the manufacturing line 
  • Participate in an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC with university professors to deepen knowledge in the field of study and consolidate learning.
