Role
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients Conduct follow-ups, meetings, and check-ins if needed to ensure client satisfaction. Identify client needs, challenges, and growth opportunities. Handle client concerns professionally and work with internal teams to resolve issues. Support client retention and loyalty through proactive relationship management. Identify, generate, and qualify new leads and business opportunities. Present and pitch the agencys marketing services to prospective clients. Prepare quotations, and contracts aligned with client needs. Negotiate terms and close deals in accordance with companys policies. Upsell and cross-sell services to existing and new clients to maximize account value. Coordinate with account managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover. Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and reports. Provide feedback from clients to help improve services and strategies. Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, analytics dashboards, project management tools, Meta, and social media platforms. -Upsell and cross-sell services to existing and new clients to maximize account value. - Coordinate with account managers to ensure smooth client onboarding and handover.
