Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions.
  • Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.
  • Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support.
  • Collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience.

Monday to Sunday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
