Role
Responsibilities
- User Stories: Write clear and concise user stories that accurately capture customer needs and business requirements.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to support the development of new functionalities and features.
- Customer Interviews: Conduct interviews with customers to identify pain points and gather insights for product improvement. -Sprint Backlog Management: Own and manage the sprint backlog, prioritizing tasks based on deliverables and business goals.
- Feature Ownership: Act as the feature owner, working closely with developers to ensure all questions and doubts are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and customer success managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
