Role

Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to support the development and timely delivery of product features while ensuring alignment across teams.

  • User & Market Research

Conduct user research, analyze competitor products and gather insights to better understand customer needs and support informed product decisions.

  • Product Planning & Documentation

Assist in defining product requirements, writing user stories, organizing product backlogs and supporting roadmap discussions with new ideas and insights.

  • Data Analysis & Product Improvement

Analyze product performance and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancement.

  • Operational & Product Support

Support day-to-day product activities including sprint planning, QA testing, documentation and initiatives focused on improving overall customer satisfaction and product success.

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
