BBCE is a 26-year-old growing educational institution dedicated to nurturing preschool and primary students aged 3 to 9 in a caring, value-based environment. Role
Responsibilities
- Support the school in maintaining and organizing staff records and basic HR documentation
- Assist with staff coordination, scheduling support, and internal communication
- Support recruitment-related tasks such as organizing applications, assisting with interview coordination, and onboarding support
- Help coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and internal engagement activities
- Assist in preparing administrative documents, reports, and presentations when required
- Participate in school events, assemblies, and special activity days to support administrative operations
- Collaborate with staff to improve internal communication and organizational processes
- Support community outreach or school development projects when applicable
- Contribute ideas for enhancing staff engagement and organizational culture within the school

Monday to Friday
7:00 am - 2:30 pm
