Role
Responsibilities
- Support the Finance teams with day-to-day activities across accounting, corporate finance, and related functions with a focus on digital enablement.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and structuring a roadmap for Finance process improvements and digital initiatives.
- Contribute to projects supporting Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and broader financial operations, including analysis, documentation and coordination of technology support.
- Help analyze, structure, and improve financial data, reporting processes, and data quality in partnership with Finance stakeholders.
- Support automation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline manual, repetitive, or inefficient Finance processes.
- Assist with data visualization, analysis, and preparation of management reports and presentations for Finance and Digital technology leadership.
- Organize, coordinate, and lead meetings when required; track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate effectively across Digital Technology and Finance teams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and project needs.
--> Due to time difference with Houston (other headquarter) it is expected that the trainee sometimes can stay later than 5.00pm.
