About Spark Generation

Spark Generation is a skills literacy platform for schools helping life and career skills become visible, structured, measurable, and, most importantly, easy to implement. We support school leaders, tutors and students with assessments, personalised pathways and clear reporting that fits real school routines.

Role

Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and identify search trends.

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy for maximum

visibility.

- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building strategies).

- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO performance metrics.

- Keep abreast of SEO, search engine algorithms, and integrated marketing trends.

- Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and recommend structural improvements.

- Collaborate with web development and marketing teams to ensure SEO best

practices are properly implemented on newly developed code."

- Create and publish at least 3 blog posts per week to support SEO and content

marketing goals.
