Role
1.Understanding of ServiceNow Fundamentals and Presentation
The participant will learn the basic concept of ServiceNow through provided materials and independent research. They will create explanatory materials summarizing its functions and value, including digital workflow automation, IT service management, and application development. Based on this research, they will prepare and deliver an internal presentation explaining the necessary knowledge, technologies, and products related to ServiceNow, while receiving feedback to further refine their understanding.
2.Presentation Sessions
The participant will deepen their understanding of ServiceNow and its functions through research and prepared materials. They will create and deliver internal presentations explaining the platforms features, benefits, use cases, as well as the necessary knowledge, technologies, and products related to ServiceNow. Through these presentations, they will enhance both their communication and conceptual understanding while receiving feedback to further refine their insights.
3.Preparation for Practical Use of ServiceNow
The participant will review operation manuals and experience initial setup processes required for implementation. This includes building a ServiceNow environment, installing Japanese language plugins, and practicing basic development tasks such as creating fields and writing client-side and server-side scripts.
4.ServiceNow Development Project (Phase 1)
The participant will complete development exercises in a practical environment. Tasks include creating tables, fields, and choice fields, configuring form and list layouts, setting up application menus and modules, and managing users and groups. A report summarizing the results will be submitted.
5.ServiceNow Development Project (Phase 2)
The participant will further advance their development skills by working on role and group assignments, access control (ACL) configuration and testing, email setup, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions. They will document their outcomes in a report.
6.Academic Learning through Seminars
The participant will attend academic seminars hosted by AIESEC, featuring university professors. Through lectures and discussions, they will deepen their academic knowledge and connect it with practical training experiences.
7.Final Reflection and Evaluation
The participant will organize their overall learning into a portfolio and complete a practical test using a pre-provided development environment. Finally, they will deliver a presentation summarizing their outcomes and receive feedback on both their technical performance and understanding.
