Role
Responsibilities
- Support the universitys IT and digital operations across academic and administrative functions
- Assist in website maintenance, updates, and digital content management
- Provide technical troubleshooting and basic system support for staff and students
- Support the management of software applications, databases, and digital platforms
- Contribute to process optimization and improvement of internal digital workflows
- Maintain reports, documentation, and system records accurately
- Assist in enhancing the overall digital experience and operational efficiency of the university
Working hours
Monday to Saturday
9:00 am - 4:00 pm
