Role
Responsibilities
- Research target industries and companies aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, databases, and other digital tools.
- Craft and send personalised outreach messages via email and LinkedIn and phone.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls to engage decision-makers and book meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status.
- Track performance metrics such as response rates, meetings booked, and lead conversion
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate, updated records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and external sales teams to achieve company goals and improve sales
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects over the phone and email.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and video presentation tools.
- Target-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
