Role
Responsibilities
1. Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across sci comm projects
2. Collect and consolidate project status updates from project leads
3. Maintain centralized project plans, trackers, and documentation
4. Identify risks, delays, and dependencies and flag to stakeholders
5. Support governance, reporting, and review meetings preparation
6. Coordinate actions and follow-ups across crossfunctional teams
7. Contribute to improving project management processes and visibility

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
