Role
Responsibilities
- Use strategic analysis to identify untapped candidate pools for operations
- Design of the graphic line and internal communication material
- Responsible of regional Young Professional Program
- Post open positions to community colleges, universities, and other locations
- Responsible of the Homologation of the onboarding process through
- Support in the synthesis of work environment indicators
- Support with the external communication project as part of Employer
- Support in follow up and organization of the Regional Trainings
- Follow Up and report Talent Management Dashboard and main reports
- Support in the main Talent Management Projects, including recruiting

Monday to Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
