Role
Responsibilities
The intern will actively support the sales pipeline by representing Milestone Systems mission and values in all interactions, partnering with business managers to strategically target and qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile, and driving outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social channels. The role also includes researching key decision-makers, identifying customer pain points, assessing buying readiness, and maintaining accurate records of activities and insights in the CRM system to support forecasting and reporting.
