Role

Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Ensure that all destinations and products on the website are accurate and up to date in your assigned language.
  • Website Optimization: Improve the structure and user experience of the website to better serve our customers.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers from your region with booking their treks and provide excellent support by answering their questions.
  • Partner Communication: Maintain contact with our international partners to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
  • Local Market Insights: Stay informed about trends and preferences within your language region and adapt website content accordingly.
  • Area Management: Take ownership of your assigned market by monitoring performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that the website and offerings are aligned with local demand.
  • Market Development: Support the expansion of our presence in your region by improving visibility, suggesting new destinations or products, and strengthening relationships with local partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics within your area and proactively suggest improvements to optimize conversions and customer engagement.
