Role

Responsibilities
  • Study and apply core areas including food production, food & beverage service, front office operations, and housekeeping
  • Conduct analysis of customer experience, service quality, and hospitality trends
  • Perform hands-on training in labs such as training kitchen, front office, housekeeping, and F&B service labs
  • Develop culinary skills including food preparation, hygiene, presentation, and menu planning
  • Analyse and improve guest interaction, service delivery, and customer satisfaction strategies
  • Work on research-based projects and real-world hospitality case studies
  • Participate in industry interactions, hotel visits, workshops, and internships
  • Explore specialisations like food production, accommodation management, and F&B services
  • Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for hospitality management
  • Document work through service reports, operational analysis, and project presentations

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
