Role
Responsibilities
- Process and accurately record vendor invoices in the accounting system.
- Validate invoices through proper verification procedures, including three-way matching (purchase order, invoice, and receipt).
- Prepare and support payment proposals while ensuring timely execution of payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and treasury teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.
