About Babeș-Bolyai University

The Faculty of Business is the first Romanian higher education institution to offer specialized degree programs in the field of business. Responsibilities

Designing Participatory Formats: Creating structured ways for people to collaborate (e.g., workshops and focus groups).

Developing Interactive Tools: Crafting ice-breakers, creative exercises, and team-building activities to boost engagement.

Facilitating Knowledge Exchange: Planning sessions that help experts from different fields share information effectively.

Managing Stakeholder Involvement: Finding ways to involve farmers, policymakers, and researchers in the projects goals.

Enhancing Teamwork: Building digital and in-person environments that improve international and interdisciplinary cooperation.
