Responsibilities

Storylining Scenarios: Drafting realistic "what-if" stories based on real-world clashes between farming and biodiversity.

Creating Personas: Developing roles for participants to play (e.g., the "angry farmer," the "strict regulator," or the "investor").

Designing Game Rules: Defining how players win, lose, or compromise, and how their decisions impact the environment and economy.

Mapping Conflict Points: Identifying the specific arguments and trade-offs that make environmental negotiations difficult.

Testing & Improving: Running trial versions of the simulations to make sure they are engaging and educational.

Drafting Guides: Writing instructions on how to lead the simulations and facilitate the follow-up discussions.
