Role

Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Experience: Welcome guests professionally, build rapport, and ensure they feel valued and comfortable throughout their dining experience.

Personalized Service & Attention: Understand guest preferences, anticipate needs, and provide tailored recommendations and assistance without being intrusive.

Issue Resolution & Satisfaction: Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints smoothly, ensuring quick resolution and high satisfaction levels.

Product Awareness & Recommendations: Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, dietary options, and beverages to confidently guide guest choices.

Service Coordination & Ambience Management: Work closely with service, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow, timely delivery, and a well-maintained, welcoming dining environment.
