About Phoenix Engineering & Construction

Role
Responsibilities
- Conduct site measurements and assist with surveying activities for land parcels, buildings, and construction projects.
- Prepare and update technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Use QGIS and other geospatial software to process, analyze, and visualize spatial data.
- Assist in the preparation of topographic surveys and site plans.
- Produce architectural and technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Measure and calculate land areas, property boundaries, building dimensions, and site characteristics.
- Verify field measurements and ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to support project planning and execution.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
