Role

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements, define success metrics, and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making
  • Explore and analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, behavioral patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities
  • Design, develop, and improve predictive, statistical, and machine learning models for forecasting, classification, segmentation, optimization, and recommendation use cases
  • Perform feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and rigorous model validation using appropriate statistical and business metrics
  • Build scalable and reproducible analytical workflows using Python and SQL
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure reliable data pipelines, high-quality inputs, and efficient data processing
  • Monitor deployed models and analytical solutions to identify performance drift and recommend improvements
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations through dashboards, reports, presentations, and storytelling techniques for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintain proper documentation for models, methodologies, assumptions, experiments, and workflows to support reproducibility and transparency
  • Participate in collaborative development practices including code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and structured problem-solving discussions
  • Research emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI/ML and analytics to drive innovation and continuous improvement
