Role

Responsibilities
  • Contact and communicate with potential clients (leads) in Germany.
  • Introduce the company and its services.
  • Identify clients needs and interests.
  • Provide relevant information and documentation.
  • Document calls and customer inquiries in the CRM system.
  • Manage customer relationships and client accounts.
  • Collect and classify customer data.
  • Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 6:00 pm
