About Teleprom Argentina S.A
Role
-Commercial demonstrations of the platform (preparing clients to strategically use everything the company has to offer).
-Commercial presentations of the product portfolio.
-Invoice processing and requests received through different channels: Direct WhatsApp Callbell Emails Teleprom On Demand -First-level support through Callbell.
-User training and onboarding.
-Client plan updates and management. -Analysis and evaluation of client activity (retention, usage, performance, results, and productivity).
-First-level incident support (gathering and identifying issues, analyzing the situation, evaluating possible solutions, resolving within scope or escalating to the appropriate teams, and communicating the resolution to the client). Customer follow-up and post-sales support.
-Regular monitoring of client project progress.
-Collection and reception of product feedback.
-Product improvement recommendations.
-Assessment of client expectations and needs.
-Resolution of customer issues and concerns.
-Proactive communication with clients.
-Identification and development of business opportunities.
-Cross-selling activities.
-Management of promotions and incentives to increase account growth and engagement.
-Collaboration with the team and other departments on tasks requiring customer involvement, including billing, sales, reporting, training, and customer support.
-Participation in daily meetings and team discussions regarding progress, inquiries, challenges, and updates.
-Participation in events organized by partner companies or sponsored organizations.
-Implementation of security policies, with particular attention to procedures that ensure information security.
-Safeguarding and proper management of assigned assets.
-Incident management
