About CONTSCAPE TEC SRL
We are building a new reality where all complicated and hard-to-understand accounting processes are carried out automatically within an intelligent platform. We integrate the latest technologies: from advanced document recognition to the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Role
Responsibilities
- Contacting users via phone and email who are currently in their trial period or whose trial has expired.
- Identifying the reasons why users have not completed testing the platform.
- Understanding the workflows and challenges encountered by accountants and accounting firms.
- Presenting the relevant benefits of ContAi based on each user's needs.
- Providing support for the initial setup and the use of basic features.
- Collecting and documenting product feedback.
- Scheduling demos with ContAi team members when necessary.
- Updating information in the CRM and tracking contacted users.

Monday to Friday
9:00 am - 5:00 pm
