Role
Responsibilities
- Learning about the history and business of the company to understand the specific roles and structures of the Japanese architectural industry.
- Visiting active construction sites to experience the reality of Japanese architecture and learn the differences from practices in their home countries.
- Analyzing architectural drawings, physical models, and 3D data through independent study and employee interviews to supplement professional knowledge.
- Practicing drafting by replicating existing company drawings and creating new designs based on hypothetical customer requirements.
- Attending an academic seminar hosted by AIESEC in KOBE UNIVERSITY and learning computer engineering.
- Creating reports and delivering presentations to share learning outcomes and receive feedback.
