Role

Responsibilities

Working directly with the DHL Express Finance Business Project Organization (BPO) management team supporting the day-to-day project portfolio management. Tasks will include: -

  • Leading the enhancement of BPO project management standards, including strategic oversight of Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Developing and executing stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption of Planview PPM across departments.
  • Designing a governance framework for resource allocation and time registration, including KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Leading the analysis and strategic review of project benefit realization across the BPO portfolio.
  • Coordinating communication strategy and preparing executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Planning and facilitating cross-functional workshops and governance meetings to align stakeholders on strategic initiatives. 
  • Administrate Coursera registrations 
  • Be the point of contact for requirements on PPM forms for modify and add users
