Role
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities on behalf of the Director.
- Conduct B2B business development with corporate clients, travel agents, and strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, proposals, meeting minutes, and performance summaries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items from management meetings.
- Organize meetings, PR events, and partnership discussions with external stakeholders.
- Visit company outlets with the Director to monitor operations, customer experience, and business performance while providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support day-to-day coordination of restaurant and business operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries
- Oversee and coordinate communication and administrative support for all subsidiary companies underIndian Kitchen (Pvt) Ltd.
