Suprnova is a boutique café & patisserie that specializes in bespoke desserts, celebration cakes, food, coffee, and beverages. Every product is crafted with elegance and perfection to produce a luxurious experience that combines subtle flavours and myriad textures. Our love for fine European pastry is reflected in our creations, many of which are traditional classics with modern interpretations.
Suprnova currently has 12 locations - 11 in Hyderabad and 1 in Bengaluru. With an expanding footprint across India.
Role
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of Suprnova.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Service, and House-keeping to ensure excellence in daily operations.
- Manage and organize the reservation portal - accept guest reservations, make confirmation calls, and allocate seating.
- Monitor the floor and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
- Respond to and resolve any issues occuring during the operation.

Tuesday to Friday
10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday
11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday
10:00 am - 7:00 pm
