Role

Responsibilities
  • Support video production and enablement, including concept development, recording, editing and user guidance, while coordinating the governance, shared usage and operational readiness of the Employee Experience Greenroom.
  • Support practical AI enablement formats that help colleagues understand and confidently use generative AI tools.
  • Create and adapt user-centric content, guides and communication materials for global Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Support content quality and governance, including making internal content easier to find for people and AI-supported search.
  • Support workshops, info sessions and community formats for editors, champions and other internal stakeholders.
  • Track participation, feedback and key indicators, and translate findings into reports and improvement actions.
  • Provide project management and organizational support in an agile, interdisciplinary and international environment.

    Eligible candidates: Master students (you need to remain student for the whole duration of the internship) and Bachelor graduates (only if you graduated max 2 months before the start of the internship). Second Master's, current Bachelor's students and Bachelor's graduates more than 2 months will not be considered!
