Role

Responsibilities
  • AI Automation & Workflows: Utilize basic AI tools and software applications (e.g. GoHighLevel) to streamline operational SOPs, and make training videos through AI tools.
  • Office Administration & Operations: Manage daily office administration and operational workflows, including meeting scheduling, email correspondence, answering phone calls, meeting minutes, and handling basic outdoor logistics.
  • Digital Operations & Systems: Assist in operating digital customer management platforms, customer databases, and reservation systems like Sevenrooms.

Monday to Friday

9:30 am - 7:00 pm
