Role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation systems and processes.
- Install, configure, and maintain automation equipment and software.
- Monitor automated systems and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Create and maintain automation scripts and programs.
- Test automation solutions and make improvements when needed.
- Work with PLCs, sensors, controllers, and other automation devices.
- Integrate automation systems with existing IT or production systems.
- Perform regular maintenance and system updates.
- Document automation processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Work with engineering and IT teams to improve system performance.
- Ensure automation systems follow company safety and security requirements.
