Role
Responsibilities
- Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze large datasets from various business systems and reporting platforms.
- Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc data investigations and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Planning Tool Administration
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of planning systems (e.g., Anaplan and related reporting tools).
- Support master data maintenance, user access management, testing, and issue resolution.
- Assist with system documentation and process standardization.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reporting & Automation
- Enhance existing management reports and KPI dashboards.
- Automate manual reporting processes using Excel, Power Query, and other available tools.
- Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting efficiency.
- Support the development of new reporting solutions and analytical tools.
