Conduct research on emerging cyber threats, attack vectors, and security

 Review case studies and existing literature to understand real-world security

breaches

 Identify system vulnerabilities and propose data-driven security solutions

 Evaluate effectiveness of different security models and protocols

 Work on research-based projects and dissertations (for Hons. with Research track)

 Apply theoretical concepts to practical experimentation and validation

 Use tools and labs to simulate cyber-attacks and defence strategies

 Perform testing, analysis, and reporting of security outcomes

 Participate in research initiatives, hackathons, and technical forums

 Collaborate on projects involving innovation in cybersecurity practices

 Document findings through research reports, technical papers, and presentations

 Communicate insights and recommendations based on analytical evidence
