Role
Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze Customs Services & Surcharges data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and support business decision-making.
- Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management summaries while monitoring performance against global standards.
- Develop executive presentations, management updates, and business review materials.
- Translate complex data into clear visualizations, insights, and key messages for stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of global Customs Services & Surcharges initiatives and implementation activities.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and coordinate stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Prepare internal communications, management updates, and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Coordinate regular meetings, workshops, and maintain central documentation repositories.
- Coordinate team meetings, travel arrangements, events, and related logistics.
- Support onboarding activities, expense management, and maintenance of team contact and distribution lists.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting, governance, and operational processes.
- Support automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
