Role

Responsibilities

● Study and apply core areas including food production, food & beverage service,

front office operations, and housekeeping

● Conduct analysis of customer experience, service quality, and hospitality trends

● Perform hands-on training in labs such as training kitchen, front office,

housekeeping, and F&B service labs

● Develop culinary skills including food preparation, hygiene, presentation, and

menu planning

● Analyse and improve guest interaction, service delivery, and customer satisfaction

strategies

● Work on research-based projects and real-world hospitality case studies

● Participate in industry interactions, hotel visits, workshops, and internships

● Explore specialisations like food production, accommodation management, and

F&B services

● Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for hospitality

management

 Document work through service reports, operational analysis, and project

presentations

Monday to Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
