Business Case:- Main activities & Task: business case - Help provide support, communications and guidance to our global Employee Resource Groups and Global Inclusion Councils -Help organize a summit for our key Employee Resource Group Chairs worldwide. Major countries from EU, UKI, US, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Japan & China. This is an annual event organized at UCB Overall 100 People – 1 day – remote and in person Major outcomes : vision & strategy understanding, training and guidance on ERG, collaboration, plan of action. You have 3 months, how do you suggest to organize it, which milestones, with whom. What would be your strategy to make a successful event, what do you suggest to do before during and after ? How will you measure the success, the satisfaction and how will you seek for feddback ?
